Die Aromen intensiv und breit, mit Noten von reifem weifleischigem Pfirsich, Jasmin, Ginster, Krutern und einem jodhaltigen Abgang. Am Gaumen gut ausgewogen, anhaltend und harmonisch. Handlese mit Traubensortierung, Abbeeren und anschlieender Beerenauswahl. Die Beeren werden vor der Grung ca. 48 Stunden lang kalt eingemaischt und anschlieend sanft gepresst. Die Grung findet in neuen Barriques aus franzsischer Eiche
