Its bouquet is dominated by white flowers, citrus fruits, and mineral notes, which continue on the palate with a perfect balance of tannins and persistent freshness. The grapes were hand harvested from 25 different plots with vines averaging 70 years old on granitic sandy soils. In the winery, the grapes were pressed and then gently cooled for 24 48 hours
