Nagahama New Make Whisky heavily Peated aufgefüllt these bottlings are very rareIn 2016, a new small whisky distillery opened in Nagahama and put this new pot (pure distillate, not aged in wooden barrels) from the first distillation process on sale to buy old barrels. These bottlings were strictly limited and are already sold out in Japan. This new pot was bottled at a robust 59% ABV and, higher than the normal new make bottling, has a strong peaty flavor due to the peated malt used in the distillation.
