McCartney II pim_visible_if_soldout Surface To AirMcCartney II was Pauls first solo album since the formation of Wings in 1971. While it's highly electronic style was certainly innovative, its cosily domestic origins were reminiscent of 1970s McCartney album. Recorded in the summer of 1979, when the future of Wings remained uncertain, the album was conceived at home on Pauls farm in Scotland. 2011 remaster. Includes printed inner sleeve and booklet featuring the Japanese translations of the lyrics.
