Sierra Azul-Geschenkset cauca complex coffeeOur Mexican newcomer from the Chiapas region is something for those of us who like to enjoy a mild, low acid coffee. It scores 86 points, the highest SCA score in our range. We offer it in a medium roast to bring out notes of caramel, hazelnut and soft apricot. It is suitable for all types of preparation: as a mild espresso in the portafilter and in the bialetti, in the Aeropress or as Bulletproof Coffee.
