It is very expressive, revealing aromas of white flowers, finely balanced with stone fruit and a subtle hint of salinity. Full bodied with a long finish. It is aged for 12 months on its fine lees in demi muid barrels (double the size). It is delicious now but can age for up to 8 years. Serve slightly chilled. Pairs well with poultry, seafood, quiche, and cheese.
