After gentle pressing, the wine is slowly fermented at 22 25 degrees Celsius in stainless steel tanks and then aged in Barrique barrels. The wine shines with an intense straw yellow color. On the nose, there is a delicate bouquet of apricots, honey, and candied fruits. On the palate, it is round, sweet, almost dessert like, rich, with a spicy character.
