The FDA has approved several GLP-1 medications including liraglutide (Victoza, Saxenda), dulaglutide (Trulicity), semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus), and tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound)though tirzepatide is technically a dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist
