Medical Eligibility Required Semaglutide and Tirzepatide cannot be prescribed to individuals with the following conditions: BMI under 27, eating disorders, Type 1 diabetes, gallbladder disease, substance abuse, recent bariatric surgery (within the past 6 months), pancreatitis or history of recurrent pancreatitis while taking a GLP-1 medication, medullary thyroid cancer, current pregnancy or breastfeeding, plans to become pregnant, diabetic retinopathy, multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN2) or family history of MEN2, serious gastrointestinal disorders, or history of allergic reaction to Tirzepatide or Semaglutide
Some packaged foods may also be fortified with vitamin E
Low blood pressure, also called hypotension, can cause symptoms such as dizziness, lightheadedness, feeling faint, weakness, blurry vision, fatigue, nausea, confusion, or fainting
If you are already on tirzepatide and doing well, there is no medical reason to wait for something else
