The tree can grow large and old and is hardy. Bear plenty of fruit. The fruits are small and when ripe they have a beautiful yellow ground color with a salmon colored sunny side. Much of the fruit is covered in cinnamon colored rust. The pulp is yellow and almost melts in your mouth and is very sweet and spicy. Ripens at the end of October and should be used within 3 weeks.
