#2 Quite a few choices actually, & all basically do the same job, you can use Protectapole, where they will make you ptfe bushes, when there tight i like these the best, but i do find when temperatures fluctuate they do come loose & can fall out....very annoying !, then there's WE, yes WE products, they make a flexible plastic bush which are almost as good as the ptfe ones but being more flexible don't tend to come loose, there is also a guy on facebook/ebay selling a similar product to the WE ones
