Its moderately adjustable and should be able to handle most situations but I would have liked to see a bit more fine-tuning ability
on traditional tubular steel rods (and some fiberglass) and Mitchells and similar vintage spinners with the anti-reverse turned off on spinning gear, and I like the direct connection to whatever is at the end of the line - even if my knuckles get occasionally whacked by a strong strike
