I've fished baits down to the s waver 168, I don't love it for the 168 I feel like it's a little too much rod for it, but the s-waver 200 is great on it or anything around that 3oz range with trebles, I've fished baits up to the 8" BBZ-1 floater on it, handled it okay but that's about as heavy as I would go and that's kinda pushing it with this guy, it would be wise to step up to the 806 for the BBZ or anything around 4oz
A fish almost every cast wasn't uncommon with the right conditions
The first, and most obvious, is the price point
But dont mistake this advice and believe I wont grab a $79 rod if it feels like its well made and has good action and sensitivity
