I started with the TW covers but they are more difficult to install and will kink mono or fluoro

Here are some quick tips on making sure that when you do make your first casts, the line flows from the reel as expected without tangling, and retrieves smoothly

The handle has no spot for a tiny c-clip to hold it in place, then the curved springy washer thing, then the drag star, but there weren't 2 washers that are curved that you put together like a parentheses that go on the outside of the case under the drag star

But either way, when reeling in a heavy swimbait it takes a lot of effort to turn the handle, as if there is a lot of friction in the reel
