Nikka Yoichi Aromatic Yeast Single Malt Whisky Kentucky Spirit It was hand-selected at theNikka Whisky is one of Japan's most storied brands. This single malt whisky was made at their Yoichi Distillery, which was opened in 1934 in a region of the country with a similar terrain and climate as Scotland, where Nikka founder Masataka Taketsuru learned his craft. This limited release uses a unique yeast strain and is reminiscent of ginjyo sake in its light floral character. It's bottled at 96 proof (48% ABV).
