唐津の陶芸家、三藤るいさんの新作、作家初の割高台茶碗。唐津独特のシックな土色になめし革のような深い艶のある釉薬が非常に美しい作品。少し溜めを作った正面の口縁には青い窯変が現れ、飲み口に向けて若干傾いた造形からは作家の心遣いが感じられます。腰から上部はろくろ目が、高台にかけては削りが入れられ、陰影のコントラストが楽しめます。十字にしっかりと削り込まれた割高台は非常にワイルドで、粉引らしい色合いは碗部との色調の変化がしっかりと感じられます。深い見込みは白釉が斑に現れており、抹茶が入ると非常に綺麗な景色を作ります。その色合い、造形から「烏揚羽」の銘が号されています。
