Don't let the price confuse you, these are a very high quality Heat Treated Chromoly rod end, they are definately not a cheap mild steel heim. We recommend that you use these 7 8"x7 8" rod ends for steering and not for your links. The 4130 Chromoly housing has a hard chrome finish and the Ball is made from 51200 bearing steel
