Rainoldi Metodo Classico Brut Rosé 2021 Tempranillo With no need for oakIn production since the 1970's, this traditional method sparkling Nebbiolo is distinctive and one of the originals of its kind. Made from 92% Nebbiolo, plus local red grapes Pignola and Rossola, it sings with white cherry, strawberry and a light chalkiness, lending itself to matching dishes with a bit more substance. A minimum of 36 months on lees is followed by bottle ageing. This is a special alpine Italian wine and the benchmark for its style.
