Highland Skirt GOTS 30 cm (11 ¾”) ofA maxi skirt featuring three ruffles and waistband over a pencil skirt closed at the back by an invisible zipper. The skirt ruffles are partially cut on the bias which gives this flowy dancing skirt a lovely drape avoiding the commonly feared puffy effect of ruffles on skirts.
