Artistic Process: Cutting and making glass to depict the trail and the vegetation/grass surrounding it and putting that all together using the heat of the kiln to fuse them together and then add texture for the rocks on the trail and the grass/vegetation with a lower firing temperature in the kiln

Riding the Wave bowl Artistic Process: Cutting and makingInspiration: Ocean Waves and frolicking dolphins Artistic Process: First I cut various shades of blue and aqua in curvy stripes and laid them out in a wave design around a 7. 75" clear circle. I then added bits of glass to make more depth and water look. This was fired in the kiln to leave a lot of texture. I made the dolphin with dichroic glass cutting with a ring saw. This shimmers gold, orange and yellow. The glass stand is kilnformed into a shape
