Five times larger than its sister distillery, and featuring directly fired stills and French oak washbacks, Chichibu II was built both to satisfy the incredible worldwide demand for Ichiro Akutos whiskies, but also to drive the evolution of the house style. Single malt Japanese whisky produced by Chichibu
