The tartan tafeta is naturally frayed as was cut from fabric

green and blue tartan taffeta

Fairy Spell inspired from special memory ICami top with center ring and bikini bottom with side rings. Hand cut and tied metallic baby blue and pink fabric pieces to create a fun "short" fringe.
