The artistic process:  I started with a white glass

I raked the glass to create a design with more movement and flow

By using extra heat and time the glass forms close to the stainless steel and forms a rim at the kiln floor

Kiln-casted butterflies and bees are installed with rare-earth magnets raising them above the background for flight and reflections on the background

This bowl was made by cutting 1 glass clear circle as the base. The pebbles are made first by cutting small pieces of solid colors then firing very hot to turn them into pebbles. The swirly pebbles start as a stack of glass that is fired then cut up and fired again then cut into small squares and fired hot to make pebbles. The
