Burning Sky x Fork Brewing Les Amis Du Brassage 6.2% (750ml) 750ml All the wines were agedA collab between Mark Tranter of Burning Sky and Kelly Ryan of Fork Brewing in New Zealand. This is the third beer that they have collaborated on. After three years of oak aging, a beautiful mixed fermention Saison emerged, which was then blended with a portion of three year old lambic. Dry and oaky with subtle fruit and spicing to the fore, this beer is well worth the wait.
