Artistic Process: Kiln casted monarch butterflies, red and purple hibiscus flowers, ladybugs, bee and caterpillar are installed with either rare earth magnets or stand offs made for glass installations. For the background, I designed the colors and structure of the glass and then manipulated the glass at high temperatures to swirl the colors into patterns. After cold
