One brew, split into three different whiskey casks and left to develop and absorb the character and flavour embedded in the wood. This one has been resting in a Caol lla 2012 hogshead courtesy of Chorlton Whiskey. This is Pomona Island's second Caol lla vintage it retains that strong hit of peat, balanced with sweet syrupy notes. A decadent, powerful beer that will develop over time
