加藤亮太郎 志埜茶盌 銘「赫寂」 陰陽 a new collection by HongA Shino chawan by Kato Ryotaro, the eighth generation artist of Kbei gama in Mino. Its generous, rounded form has the presence of a small planet. Across the snow like white Shino glaze, vivid scarlet fire marks spread boldly, while a deeply fired reddish brown landscape appears at the center. The contrast between the soft white and the burning red is striking, giving the bowl a sense of intense heat held within quietness. The interior is also richly
