Sometimes they come in open, but in bright light they should keep this pretty tulip like shape. They are one of my favorites, the colors can be very rich on these guys when they are stressed, almost a super deep red. I also love how they have a super chalky farina in the center, but the outer leaves stay pretty naked when they mature. It's a beautiful variety. This one is a younger 'Sandra',
