The wine is made up of four different processes 60% of grapes are de stemmed and fermented on their skins for 22 days, 15% de stemmed and fermented without skin, 15% whole bunch fermentation with a lid on (carbonic maceration), 10% whole bunch lightly crushed to obtain colour and volume.
