Process: Yamahai  ABV: 21-22%

Daishichi "Honjozo Kimoto" [720ml] rum Choya Umeshu Co sources coldHonjozo sake is sake with a little brewers alcohol added. The intention is not for the sake to be boozy er, but to make it balanced. We often associate a crisp, short finish with honjozo sake. Daishichi "Honjozo Kimoto" Honjozo Kimoto Daishichi Shuzo, Fukushima The experience: A super well balanced sake! Theres some creamy acidity from the brewing method (kimoto) but overall a light & dry sake that pairs very well with food. Serve at any temperature.
