KID "Tsuru-Ume Kanjuku" [720ml] kimoto umami AND fruitThe vibrant, organic fruit from Wakayama is what inspired the Tsuru Ume series by Heiwa Shuzou. The "kanjuku", or fully matured or ripe, is the entry level sake in the series. We find it to be a bit sweeter than most umeshu we've tried, which makes it unique and incredible alongside dessert, or just on its own as a decadent treat.
