Durrmann Rouge Gorge Pinot Noir 2023 10.5% (750ml) 440ml Pair with: DuckLight Crunchy Cherry The Durrmann family make wine from their old family house in the middle of Andlau, a beautiful village nestled on the first slopes of the Vosges mountains, south west of Strasbourg. For this gorgeous red, organic Pinot Noir grapes were purchased from a neighbour, undergoing whole bunch maceration and fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeast. Aged on the lees and bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.
