This is a Runyonii hybrid, it was obviously bred with a small form rosette and the resulting echeveria is just stunning. Blooms this time of year can kind of grow out of control when it transit, I can't promise the stalk will stay cute and compact during transit, but she's absolutely adorable in the grower pics.
