I wanted my fig to be ethereal, barely there, but definitely there, with notes of a baked Tuscan landscape and foliage, but not the fruit. It had to transport me to my family home in Tuscany, to the beautiful fig tree in the garden where we ate, read, laughed and talked in its dappled shade. Happy Birthday
