Viola 43,5cm Maker:Marco Dotti cello and doublebassThis 43,5cm Viola is the best sounding Viola I have. I made it in 1999 for a friend, violist of Vienna Philarmonics. He is actually 2m tall and asked for a bigger one. But I knew that he plays on a 42cm viola. So I made a bigger one and made the string length just as a 42cm viola. This is the reason that Lena is still able to handle it evens it is actually far too big for her. Usually such big viola lose the focus which usually only smaller ones have.
