It came out incredibly well, with a plethora of gorgeous tones via it's three Curtis Novak Bass VI pickups (wound for guitar) from fat, thick rhythm sounds in the neck position to Tele like twang in the bridge and bigger bolder Strat tones in the three in between positions. Each pickup has its own slide switch to turn it on
