Brewed using Kyoto exclusive, pesticide free Iwai rice, this sparkling nigori offers a sweet rice flavor with floral notes. Its unpasteurized, making it fresh and sharp. Delight in the delicate bubbles as they dance. You can even try and this is something we dont usually recommend, but the brewery says so mixing it with a light beer.
