There is a strap that has come loose and will need to be glued or fastened back in. These were sculpted to fit over a pair of fugu boots aka japanese construction worker boots. I wear a womens 10. 5 11 men's 9 or 9. 5 so these will fit over a similar size and boot style. Each boot consists of 7 parts 3 parts make up the main shoe with 4 parts
