Strange Fire hypha-hq In all of my works'Strange Fire (2025)' is a small scale work on maple veneered MDF, combining oil pastel, pen and pencil to build a layered, hand worked image where grain, pressure and revision remain visible. The piece is professionally presented in a stained wooden box frame and is intended for close viewing. At 15 x 20cm (unframed) it asks for slow, close looking, where nuance lives in smudges and erasures. In that gap, the digital promise of precision feels
