The casks previously held heavily peated malt, which gives this vintage a slight smoky character. Nose : Subtle, warm wood smoke envelopes the sweetness of peardrops and crunchy green apples. Fragrant floral notes, fresh lemon zest and honey. Followed by a spicy and fruity touch of ex sherry
