La Muralla, Colombia Format:500gr orange zestThis coffee comes from La Muralla, an informal group of small producers based in San Agustn, one of the southernmost areas of the Huila department in Colombia. Although they now work collectively, many of these producers have been connected for years and were part of the original group that started this project. Most belong to a relatively young generation of coffee growers, many still in their twenties, bringing contagious energy and a strong passion
