At the same time, a fragrant apple aroma and flavors of vanilla and honey bring sweetness and smoothness to the table. Its a fabulous accompaniment to rich meals such as hot pot, steak, buffalo wings, and fried foods. The brewery recommends serving this honjozo on the rocks, though it can also be enjoyed at other temperatures.
