Eduardo Garza Socarrats 2021 Pet-Nat Produced using the traditional MetodoGrape varieties: Carignan (85%) and Garnacha (15%). The grapes for Socarrats come from vineyards northwest of Gratallops, where over 40 year old Carignan vines grow alongside a small number of younger Grenache plants. Harvest took place by hand on September 16, 2020, with grapes carefully collected and refrigerated overnight. After complete destemming, the must underwent a 23 day cold maceration before pressing.
