the glass was then fired to cast into a custom guitar mold

butterflies and bees

5" tall x 3" deep

adding the pebbles in a pattern and adding more transparent orange to embed the pebbles - this is fired to 1450 degrees in a dam to keep the glass thick

The clear glass was cut and placed on top and then I added a bit more fun and color with "glass confetti" sprinkled around the design which also added depth to the colors
