Ring is currently sized to a size 7 but can be adjusted up to a size 8 upon request. All components are made of fine and sterling silver. *this ring should not be constantly adjusted sizes, despite being "semi adjustable." Frequent stretching downsizing by the wearer can cause stress on the band.
