It is refillable and has an atomizer Long Spray Bulb top. Still has a bit of perfume left inside. It is not labeled. The automizer and bulb thats connected to it both have some perfume stains. Smells lovely. No chips or cracks. The condition is perfect except a small dark spot on the automizers pink cover. Measurements around 4 x 3 inch
