They are just as quality as a brand new ArtVend and function just the same. Scratch and Dent ArtVends don't quite meet our high standards for "brand new" machines due to manufacturing errors, bumps, scratches, or have been lightly used and returned to us in good condition. Scratch and Dent machines are protected under the same warranty as all new
