Mother (Labour) hypha-gallery-east-village distance collapses as sameness intertwinesMother (Labour) is a sculptural work made from found sections of industrial ducting, powder coated in security yellow. The two sections lean together to form a self supporting arch. The elements are not fixed but held in place through balance and mutual support. Positioned directly on the floor, the work creates a simple, open structure that suggests play, interaction and movement, while retaining a connection to its industrial origins.
