The top panel is clear iridescent that is very reflective and bright! The bottom panel is all glow in the dark acrylic that will GLOW through the top and is so bright in the dark! They are held together with small screws giving it sort of a cyberpunk look. This hangs on the wall using the hole cut near the top.
