Pastor Görögszó Reserve 2021 Castilla y Leon As the wine maturesA blend of 80% Cabernet Franc and 20% Merlot from the renowned Grgsz vineyard, harvested in mid October. Naturally fermented with estate cultivated yeasts and bottled unfiltered after 24 months of ageing in French and Hungarian oak barrels, both first and second fill. The wine offers a rich, complex, and evolving profile: forest berries, plum, liqueur like oak spices, tobacco, chocolate, cedar, mint, a hint of rosehip, and subtle herbal notes.
